Returns & Refund Policy

TAG is proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value, so we hope you will be delighted with your purchase.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase from our store, this policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

Once your claim is assessed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

3. Hygiene & Safety

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic /face paint products unless they are faulty.

This is to ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

4. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  • items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

6. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
