Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday - Friday from our Australian warehouse, located in Adelaide. Orders can take an additional business day to process when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or when orders contain large quantities of stencils or custom made cakes. 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout once your shipping address has been entered. You will be able to select your preferred carrier, or select local pick up to collect from our warehouse during business hours. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated once your country and post code are entered and products added to cart. If you are located in the US, your order total will include duties and your order will ship duty paid. For all other countries, duties and fees applied by customs are the responsibility of the customer/importer. You will be given carrier options to sleect at checkout. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
